It&#8217;s a story about a love triangle between a forty year old pharmacist (Pierfrancesco Favino, so excellent in <a href=\"http:\/\/europeanfilmreview.co.uk\/blog\/2008\/09\/romanzo-criminale\/\" onclick=\"javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','outbound-article','http:\/\/europeanfilmreview.co.uk']);\" target=\"_self\"><strong>Romanzo criminale<\/strong><\/a>), a woman who works for an art gallery (Monica Bellucci) and a hotel manager (Ksenia Rappoport).<\/p>\n<p>To be honest, <strong>L&#8217;uomo che ama <\/strong>doesn&#8217;t really sound much like my cup of tea&#8230; these intense romantic dramas about assorted angsty types leave me almost totally cold.
