Gianni Manera on YouTube

Wow, there are a bunch of interviews with Gianni Manera that have been posted on Youtube. Manera was a somewhat bizarre director and actor who made and starred in three films over a decade, La lunga ombra del lupo (a war film, 71), Ordine firmato in bianco (a giallo, 74) and the thriller Cappotto di legno (81). Apparently he was tracked down in Peru, where his daughter is a famous singer! I’m sure I heard there was some kind of mafia connection to him, but that may well be libelous…
